Privacy, rules and terms
Plain-language summary. Weziva is run by Antomic Tech Pty Ltd (antomictech.com).
What we store
- Your post text and the optional name you type. Posts are public.
- Kind messages people send you. Only you can see them.
- Replies you write in the Help room, shown with your username.
- If you create an account: a username and a scrambled (hashed) password. We do not ask for or store an email address.
- A scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to limit spam, stop repeat sending and block banned users.
Cookies
- A session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms.
- An ownership cookie lets this browser see its own posts and counts without an account.
- There are no ads and no third-party trackers. Antomic Tech runs its own simple analytics (stats.antomictech.com) to count visits.
How long things stay
Posts are deleted automatically 30 days after they were posted or last renewed. Account usernames and passwords stay until removed. There is no password recovery because there is no email on file.
Rules
- Be kind. Send good thoughts, not criticism.
- No links, advertising or spam.
- Do not post other people's private details such as full names, addresses or phone numbers.
- No hate, harassment or threats.
- Your first post is checked before it appears. After that you can post freely.
Posts may be hidden or removed if they are reported or break these rules.
Not a crisis service
Weziva is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14 in Australia, or your local emergency number.
Terms of use
- By using Weziva you agree to these rules and terms.
- You keep ownership of what you post. You give Antomic Tech Pty Ltd permission to display it on the site until it is deleted.
- Weziva is not medical, legal, mental health or professional advice, and messages from other people are not advice either.
- The site is provided as is, with no promise it will always be available or error free.
- To the extent allowed by Australian law, Antomic Tech Pty Ltd is not liable for loss caused by using the site or by content other people post.
- We can remove posts, messages or accounts, or change or shut down the site, at any time.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
